During the past two winters, we have had the pleasure of working with Miguel. He has been the driving force behind the construction crew for Topp Shape Enterprises. During his time at Scioto Country Club, Miguel has been fantastic with our constant changes and desire to make each bunker perfect. Miguel does much more than run equipment and keep the crew in line. He is a great motivator of people and an extremely hard worker. There have been some conditions, which no one would work in, but Miguel and his crew always seem to make it look easy. There are several people who deserve credit for this project’s success and Miguel is one of those individuals. Without his constant attention to detail and work ethic, it would be difficult to make our vision a reality.”
